My issue is, I wish I had never switched to frontier, I really can’t understand why in the world do you have to reboot every night at *:**? That’s insane!!This is the worst cable company I have ever been with. If you bother to check I have called you people almost * or * times a month!! That is unacceptable!! Your company does not know what anyone else is doing! What kind of communication is that? I get disconnected all the time, why bother asking me for a * Incase we get disconnected? No one ever calls back! Can’t wait till my contact is up! So I can go with a real company!
