I received a notice stating that if I didn't pay the past due amt by *:** pm on *****, then my services would be temporarily disconnected and I would have to pay a reconnect fee along with a deposit to have services restored. I have scheduled the payments. Unfortunately, I used my Christmas money that I was going to spend on gifts. No Christmas here at my house now. I'm especially upset seeing that I have called numerous times about my internet services. My connection is slow and sometimes the wi-fi doesn't work. I don't even use my home phone or have a home phone, but I'm under contract. So each month I'm paying $** something for poor service. Not once was my bill altered when I was having all these issues. It would have been nice if you had sent this letter AFTER Christmas. My past due will be paid, the company will be happy, and people here will be upset. Oh well. It's the American Dream.
