Hi..., My 'Promotion period' has apparently ended, and I called yesterday to get a business plan. I was offered $**.** for both internet and phone. I had previously been on a ** month plan, cut to * months and that went OK until the fourth month, ...increasing from our agreed $** to $**, the next $**, and this last bill was for $**. No doubt I was happy to get the new rate, but because of all the extreme ups and downs for the past year I had doubts Frontier would hold to our agreement. So pressing further I asked if there would be any additional charges. She said yes, and rattled off a slew of them. I asked her if she knew what the total of my cost would be, ...she didn't know. I asked her if it might be a lot more money, ...like $** or $**. She told me she had no idea. So she wants to give me a *, *, or * years binding contract without knowing how much I'll be expected to pay, and giving Frontier option to charge me whatever they want. She also told me the prices fluctuate every month and there are no plans that charge a flat monthly rate. But you did for many years. Can you give me some help with this? I don't want to quit Frontier, but I'm not going to sign on to a binding contract that allows Frontier to charge whatever they want.. **Wesley Seavey****-***-******Pin * ****
