I ordered the Internet with voice @$** plus tax. It was installed *-**-**. I just pd the first bill **.** kinda unbelieveable. On *-**-** l called Verizon to cancel and have my current number ported. They said Frontier would call them and the number would be ported and my account with them would be cancelled. I called Frontier and gave them my Verizon account * (*********-*****) phone to be ported (***-***-****) and name on Verizon account ( Cheryl Miller my wife, she passed away from lung cancer the end of April. My boy called today and asked is the phone * been ported because mom’s name still comes up on voice mail. I checked Verizon and my account was still active and I owes them $** w* a. Late fee. I called Verizon and they said frontier never contacted them to Port my number so they didn’t cancel me. Verizon connected me to frontier’s porting group. The young man I spoke with blamed Verizon for not getting the porting done. He gave me a *-**-** date to complete the porting. I ask the young man to connect me to a cusbtomer service manager I was cut off. I called again and asked to speak with a customer service manager and was again cut off again That’s why I am writing this long explanation. I believe you are billing me for a dummy number ***-***-****. I think you should not charge me for my first phone bill due to taking to long to get the number ported. Please do the right thing. If you are having your current phone number ported to your new frontier bundle make sure you have frontier give you exact timetable when it will be done and have them notify you immediately when it’s completed. They dropped the ball on me and it cost me extra money for charges and late charges. Hopefully frontier will forgive the phone charge for that time periods r
