I have been trying to get my Frontier Triple Bundle bill negotiated since October of ****. I have saved copies of my chat sessions. The first chat I documented is from October **, **** with Bryan where he *confirmed a monthly rate of $***.** with upgraded speed of *****. The rate was never honored so I followed up and on November **, **** Edward assured me that with all taxes and fees, my new rate would be ***.** per month. I've been paying $***.** for ten months now. I have been ill and haven't been able to deal with this. I'd like this escalated to a supervisor. I'd like a refund for all these months where I've been over charged after your rep committed to make a change in October and then the next rep committed to make the correction in November. If you cannot escalate this to a supervisor and get this corrected with a refund, I'll need to cancel my service. Please advise and thank you.
