I cancelled my Frontier service on May **th, however my home line was not ported over in time to my new service provider. I do not have an account number or PIN, and I have been told I have to wait for my bill to arrive to get that account number before anything can be reosolved. In the meanwhile, my wifes doctors that use our house number can not contact us if something important is found, such as from blood tests. My wife has many health issues, so communication with her doctors is vitally important. My home phone number is ***-***-****, and my name is Doctor Robert Thompson.*You may call me at ***-***-****. I have never had such terrible treatment from any service provider, and I am considering contacting the FCC to file a complaint, as well as looking into other legal options. I want this resolved ASAP!!
