I disconnected my cable service as of ******* and your Rep. Michelle inform me my bill was $** dollars I can't remember the cents. I'm not paying this bill until the prorate is applied she told me I will have a late fee if the ** dollars isn't paid. At this point I'm so discussed with your company I'm disconnecting the internet as of Friday and getting service from some one else. I will call on friday to terminate all service. I'm will not pay that bill until the prorate is applied and I will not pay a late fee because I'm asked over and over again regarding the prorate.
