Still no Frontier services!!! * Eustis Ave Danbury, CT. * other people on street also out. Cable was severed and is laying across a driveway. Now a safety issue. We have * people, seniors, with medical issues. Just yesterday lady at * Eustis (frontier customer)*had an emergency. Fire dept could not drive down street because of low wires (Frontier and power). The medic had to walk approx ***'.!!! I have a heart condition. What if I need the fire dept?!!*If I do I have to text somebody to call as my cell does not work at my house. * service techs have come by early this past week.*They were told the wrong problem and could not run or splice a new main cable.*One told me he was told problem was the cable to residence hookup. He apologized and said that Wed you finally got ** trucks from MA (This past WED) and he would put me in the que. So where do we stand in the que? Comcast had new cable installed and service restored by this past Monday!!!*Another crew told me that you had run ut of cable*parts and were waiting for an emergency shipment!! This was this past Friday!!! At least * of us are thinking of switching to Comcast as they say there is no delay to hook us up! What is going on? I am using neighbor's internet to get online.
