My phone line is full of static goes in and out very difficult to hear and talk, I called Frontier on Monday **** and was told to unplug my phone and they will reset themselves. Well that didn't work Friday May ** when it was first noticed as the message left was static on line. I thought maybe it was the rain and would clear up. I waited until Monday **** to call was given a ticket repair number of ***-***-*** and I called today **** to see the status of the order and was told it wouldn't get fixed until June *, and the line is worst today. The man who I talked to said he would make note and see if they could get it fixed before the June * date. Think his name was Daniel. That is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait that long, we are seniors and need to have a working phone for making doctors appointment receiving calls from doctors. Frontier needs to hire more people if that is how long customer needs to wait bet if one didn't pay their bills Frontier would be quick to answer. This kind of service is very very dissatisfying. *Sincerely*Robert and Nancy Ezolt
