We had four installations days setup by Frontier. All of those days no one showed up.**weeks later a technician delivered a cable card, but did not have the knowledge to install and I had to do it myself **We are being charged for a "set top box" and it's installation. We have never had or use a frontier set top box or requested to have had one installed.**We use TIVO services and are paying monthly for a Frontier "cable card" for this service**I have called in excess of ** time to resolve these problems, with ***urance from each representative that it will be taken care of within two billing cycles.**I have email "Office of The president" three times without resolve.**We were offered an incentive, to sign up, of one year of Amazon Prime. After seven months we still have not received this promotion.**As of today, June *, ****, none of the problems have been resolved and we keep getting the inflated bill and late charges.**I have each moth paid what I guessed the correct billing to be and am prompted that I have unpaid bills.**Please provide me with corrected billing and give us the amazon prime promotion we deserve.
I trust that Frontier Communications will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
