My flight was cancelled due to Covid **. I was issued a credit instead of a refund that expired in * months. That was my first issue. When asked what would happen when if the pandemic exceeded the credit time period, I was brushed off and told we’ll figure it out later. Fast forward I once again tried to get in contact about my flight and a refund as borders were still closed, I was left on hold for over an hour and then hung up on. I then sent an email that I was told would be responded to in ** days, that was back in April and it still has not been responded too. Fast forward to this week, my credit is about to expire, borders are still closed and my calls and emails are still not being answered. I have not heard from frontier since March regarding my credit and refund.
