I had a reservation On Oct **th with Fronties (*****) from Cleveland to RSW At **** am.nI arrived at *am boarded at *:** am and then the adventure began. We sat on the plane for about about * *** hrs and then were told to deplane and take our belongings with us. *I am ** and have problems walking, No help was offered. We sat at the gate for approx * more hours before someone told us our flight was cancelled and we were to go to baggage to get our suitcases. I had to walk this distance and then to call for a ride to a place to stay until someone could rebook a flight for me to get home. I live in Florida. I had to call a ride from a friend who had to leave work and travel * *** hrs to pick me up. i ended up spending ** hours at the airport before my ride came and took me another * *** hrs back to somewhere to stay. Needless to say I was upset and became sick. *It took my friend hours on the computer to find me a return flight to Fort Myers.*I finally booked a flight on Spirit **** (UG**MT) for Monday *****. This flight cost me $***.**. For which I seek rembursement. What do I do?
