I will be traveling from (TPA) to (TTN) on Friday ********** **:** AM on F* ***. This trip is being taken to carry my daughter's cremains to be buried in NY on Saturday ********. The Wood Box is a TSA approved container which I will be carrying on board as an extra carry on which must go on the belt through the X-Ray. I spoke to customer service to make this perfectly clear that (TSA) does not want any other item to be on the belt until the box containing the cremains has gone through the processing. I spoke to two different individuals with whom I had trouble understanding their Asian accented English and asked to speak to an American English speaking customer relations agent which they were unable to do and they wanted to transfer me to (TSA) instead.

GetHuman3667939 did not yet indicate what Frontier Airlines should do to make this right.
