My wife and I paid for a Known Travelers Number which we put on our profile for your airline. Low and behold, it wasn't on her boarding pass this morning for her flight to Minneapolis. Since your airline makes it impossible to speak to a human, I am emailing you so that her flight home has it on the boarding pass. There is no excuse for this not to have been on her boarding pass. We just flew to San Diego and it was on the boarding passes both ways. How did this get screwed up? I believe her confirmation number is W*VBSM, I wasn't sure because it was muffled on the phone. My wife's name is Laurel B Rose, and her early returns number is ***********.*Please get this fixed IMMEDIATELY so its on her boarding pass for her return flight back to Cleveland on May **th.
