The issue in GetHuman-jewettwj's own words
On *******, flight F* **** my husband who is wheel chair bound was treated wrongly. We waited ** min for an aide to arrive, he could not speak English, did not take us to the correct security check point, was rude to those waiting in security, was the cause of us losing an Amazon Fire Reader which we have a claim on. On the way to our Gate D** he RAN, leaving me behind. He did not know the system for boarding a WCHS and left us stranded. Besides his rudeness we had NO help for boarding the bus to our plane, NOR any help to get my husband from the bus to*on the plane. A very kind passenger (lady) pushed him up the causeway for me as I cannot do it. We were embarrassed, frustrated, neglected by Frontier not being there to help. The young man who was sent to us had NOT been trained or had no overseer to help him. Our trip confirmation * was I**RPY in case you need it for reference.
