I spoke to a supervisor about my “missed” flight and he was very snarky and rude. His name was Zack ********I need to speak to another supervisor.*I need my flight rescheduled or credited back to my membership account. *I was sent a conformation email with no terminal information, just a dash -*I arrived * hours before my flight, wandering around the ticketing area I couldn’t find frontier...strange...I asked and was informed that frontier was at the “south terminal” ** minutes away from the airport and that the shuttle was “down” well they got the shuttle up and running, but by the time I made it to the front desk *:**, they informed me that I couldn’t get on my flight, but that I could get on one on Wednesday no extra charge. Well I left the airport, carrying * screaming children all by myself accumulating numerous expenses not knowing what to do... I called the supervisor and explained to him what happened, he must love his job and just wait for escalated calls to power trip on.*I just need my flight rescheduled to Wednesday at no charge like the desk told me I could do...or have the flight credited back to my account.
