Possible refund of carryon fee because several people stored their under seat items in the overhead. Thank you ... When I booked my emergency flight on January **th I was told I had to pay for my carryon to go in the overhead bin. I paid $**.**. I had my handbag which I stored under the seat in front of me as directed by recorded message on plane. Then I see people all around me putting their backpacks & purses in the overhead also. Why should I pay extra while others didn’t & the flight attendants said nothing. That’s a little unfair wouldn’t you agree? I need to book a return flight home soon. Thank you for your time
