We came from Chicago to Cancun on ********** with no luggage issues. When we were traveling back we had same luggage and made me pay $** for the luggage. We all had the same bag. We were ** of us and had Same exact carry on bags but only my carry on bag they made me pay $**. The super visor Selene Gomez at the frontier desk at the airport was very rud. She said people in Chicago don’t do thief job right. I did not like the way I was treated. I felt Racism. I need my money back.
