The issue in GetHuman-nlupo's own words
Son sat in wrong seat at boarding, changed seat but left his phone in wrong seats seat pocket. Person in that seat found phone and although he knew my son had been sitting there instead of asking if was his he gave it to the flight attendant. The attendant assumed it was left from the previous flight and didn’t ask if it was anyone’s phone. He gave it to another attendant at the gate. Long story short, the attendant took my sons phone off the plane before take off and it was left in Cancun instead of being with us to Chicago. Frontier employee at Chicago said not to worry, they will have it and return it. He took every bit of flight info and personal info from me to contact me and mail the phone to me. I filled out online lost and found. I haven’t heard anything and it’s been a week! No email, no text, nothing in the mail. Frontier said not to worry, they have it and they fly there everyday!!!
GetHuman-nlupo did not yet indicate what Frontier Airlines should do to make this right.
