To whom it may concern,** I am very disappointed with the recent service I have received from Frontier Airlines. After I purchased a rental car from Budget through the Frontier website, I was told that I had to transfer the transaction to a credit card rather than the debit card I had provided.* After over an hour on the phone with Frontier, the charges were finally refunded to my DEBIT card so that we could proceed with rent a car payment on my travel partners CREDIT card.* Now I realize that the refunded charges have been charged to my DEBIT card again, after a clerk from Budget explained my situation on the phone to a Frontier clerk. I am utterly confused why no one on the phone could understand my frustration. To prove that we have been charged for this car twice, I have attached a picture of my travel partners bank statement ($***.** charge from budget). * Budget and Frontier were in agreement that the charges would go on to the CREDIT card but somehow both cards have been charged after explicit directions from budget that the charges should be refunded to my debit card (ending in ****).* I am not only furious at all of the frustrations this has caused me, but I am demanding that these charges be immediately refunded once again. The service I have received from Frontier Airlines is shameful and I do not wish to deal with this ever again. **Jessie Connolly
