The issue in GetHuman-natheln's own words
I tried to check in online an hour and a half before my flight and the website just kept giving me my itenerary. I downloaded the app, the app would not let me check in either. When I arrived at the airport the frontier representatives weren’t there: (**:**). When I looked around and found the kiosk the kiosk was down: (**:**). I called the number for frontier and got told I was late for the check in and I couldn’t get a refund even though I bought insurance for my flight. When speaking to the manager she told me that the *rd party company didn’t update my information online and that’s why I couldn’t check in online before my flight. When I asked for a refund she told me that my only option was to receive a $*** flight credit and they had to deduct $** to cancel my flight. I am now going to Miss my interview that I’ve worked the past * months to set up, Miss our on seeing one of my fellow marines I haven’t seen in years, and I lost over $*** with a measly $*** flight credit.
GetHuman-natheln did not yet indicate what Frontier Airlines should do to make this right.
