I had made a reservation to take the flight from Las Vegas to Kansas City at *:** a.m. on a Sunday morning to get back from a wedding I received a text message three and a half hours before the flight was due to leave telling me that my flight has been pushed back by then received an additional text message stating that my flight has been pushed back even further this was going to cause me to miss my flight my connector from Denver to Kansas City I contacted your ticketing agent and they said well we have a couple of options we can put you on the next available flight out of Las Vegas to Kansas City or we can try to get you there by another route and ice is great what can we do cuz I have to be back on Sunday they said well the next available flight out of Las Vegas to Kansas City left on Tuesday two days away I said that was not an option they said well we could fly you from Las Vegas to Denver and then you could catch the connector from Denver to St Louis I said that's not Kansas City I need to get to Kansas City this and will you could then buy a ticket to get to Kansas City I said why should I have to pay for a ticket from St Louis to Kansas City when I already purchased a ticket to get from Las Vegas back to Kansas City. They said those were my only options I told them if I had to purchase a different ticket on a different airline to get back it was going to cost me three times what I paid for my ticket when I made this reservations two and a half months earlier. They said well those are the only options we have I asked him what was the reason for the delay and they stated it was because the flight crew will have already flown all of the hours they can fly so we have to wait for another flight crew and I explained that I was not interested in being penalized because you all don't know how to read a schedule I have turned in my receipt for my flight home on Southwest which was $*** and I'm trying to check on the refund I tried calling on Friday and they said well it's not eligible for a refund Ivan said that's not what I was told I submitted my paperwork and they said they sent them a message back stating it would take ** days for them to process it I then sent a request to find out where the refund was and no one responded to my email and they said well just email the contact on the email confirmation you received I explained that I did that and got no response. Whenever I would ask to speak to a supervisor I really got nowhere I asked who the president a Frontier Airlines man was given Mr biffle's name. I asked what the email address the contact number or the physical address was to reach him and they said they didn't know I find it incredibly difficult to believe that nobody has a way of reaching mr. Biffle and letting him know how his customers are being treated. I would appreciate it if someone would please look into my refund and get back to me and let me know when I can expect the refund for the additional ticket I had to purchase to get home because of the mishap on behalf of Frontier Airlines my contact number is ***-***-****.
