I added a car through budget rental to my ticket. I called in to make an adjustment. The agent I spoke with was quite deceitful. Talking gibberish into the phone, possibly to look like she was doing her job to someone watching. She could not resolve my issue. I wanted to add my Budget Rental Fastbreak number to my car reservation. I will not stand in line at budget. She could not do it. I spoke to her supervisor... You should hire people who understand English! This whole thing was messed up and I did not get my rental car. I come to find out you do not refund rental cars but since when do you collect money for rental cars!!! I rent a car from Budget through your website about twice a month and I have never paid Frontier in advance for it. I ALWAYS am billed by Budget when I return a car. What is going on here? I want a REFUND not a voucher and I want a real explanation for what happened here. I spend a lot of money with Frontier and I'm on the verge of being able to afford using a different airline that doesn't ***** its customers over every chance they get.
