I was on Frontier Airlines going to Phoenix Az from DSM IA. Had a layover in Denver. Got to Denver i had Wheelchair Services. The man at the desk checked that one bag had someone take my luggage down to Plane. They wheeled me down i seen my luggage sittibg thete. The airline steward bought me a baggage claim ticket. I never looked at it till later, got to baggage claim in Phoenix, no luggage. Looked at my claim ticket it said final destination Denver. I was leaving Denver, they Messed up Really Bad. I was already in Denver. Dahhhhh !!! Problem is I had Top half of my suitcase Full of FROZEN MEAT. Can be Verified thru DSM Security Checkpoint and that it was Frozen Solid. Couldn't get No Help right away from Frontier. They told me it would be here inPhoenux on next flight here. I didn't get my Suitcase until today, which was Friday afternoon. They should have bought me suitcase when it arrived. So QUESS WHAT ALL my Meat had Unthawed and is Ruined. I would like a Reimburse of $*** for my Ruined Meat and the Problems u have caused me. I AM Truly Mad, and i probably will never use your AIrlines again. Your service to me was awful and service counter help was very Careless.
