Flight *** **OCT** SA to DEN*George Lucero confirmation number CDQF*U**Let me begin with how disappointed I’m in with your company. I fly with your company quite often and I have never had such a bad experience as I have had this morning. ***st The flight was delayed by over two hours***nd When I walked on the plane as one of the *st to enter because I’m Active military. My assigned seat was *A and before I sat down I tried to put my carry-on bag in the overhead storage and the stewardess (young man with a grey jacket and blue tie who was rather feminine) raised his voice and yelled at me “You can’t put your bag there!!” I looked at him and politely asked why and he yelled at me again “Those bins are only for the first row”!!!!! Keep in mind he yelled and was only * feet away and also in front of other passengers as they were trying to board. Then he did the exact same thing to a mother who was traveling with her two young children, because she made the same obvious mistake that I did with her bag. The yelling made one of the children cry. I looked at the stewardess and shook my head and he made it a point to cut off passengers that were attempting to board and walk up to me and questioned in a very bad tone of voice “Is everything ok with you”? I responded yes how about you and he stormed off to the front of the plane again keep in mind his crass and unprofessional attitude and Customer Service. Thru out the flight he would just stare at me with a very hateful look. *I do not appreciate the delay and the unprofessional customer service and also the yelling not only at me but to a mother in front of her kids and not to mention other passengers. *I do have a say in what airlines we use for my Soldiers and keep in mind I do have a direct influence in over *,*** Soldiers and their travel. When I return to work I will do an internal survey with my Soldiers about their experience with your airline. Depending on what is stated and the results are not favorable well then I will place your airline on a black list and make appropriate updates to the Defense Travel System (DTS) as well as the contracting office to remove this airline, that we use to book all our travel needs and I will encourage all my peers within all branches of the military to do the same. *It is quite disappointing to see and experience this kind of treatment. Well I* suppose you get what you pay for versus the quality of the schedules and lack of professionalism and customer service. *It is very apparent that the schooling you send your stewardess’s thru now teaches to act the way he did and to attend to more of his personal needs up front taking care of himself and very minimal support for the customers who purchased tickets and expected customer service......
