I had a **:** AM flight on Monday morning and it was delayed four times before taking off at * AM. That was absolutely ridiculous because the reason had nothing to do with weather but the fact that there was no pilot. I also was told when trying to take my personal item with me that i should probably pay for it as a carry-on, so it cost me $** at the last minute. At the gate they told me it could’ve been my carry-on...so this whole process cost me $***, and i missed a day of work for no reason other than your pilots are trying to make a point. I think that even mediocre customer service would be to either reimburse me at least for the bag if not for the flight.
