I have paid for * flights on frontier, * round trips were mine. On all * occasions, there was an issue on my wheelchair service. The last trip, returning from COLO SPRINGS TO SAN ANTONIO, a couple weeks ago was the WORST and was UNACCEPTABLE!! I do not want to change my choice of airlines just because of the service i receive DISABLED. On all occasions there was not enough staff ready to push wheelchairs.......a diff story! But on the **th of September, after a * hour flight, i spent an additional TWO AND A HALF HOURS in the wheelchair at baggage because YOU LOST MY OXYGEN!!!! It took that long just to locate it.....then figure out what to do with it. I was in tears from sitting in one position on my spine. The management on duty was SO RUDE about it all that i had witnesses giving me their name*number in order to back my story. I left to go home, still not knowing when id see it. I could not even use my portable due to the fact the chargers were in the missing box!!! Therefore, i had to sit AWAKE all nite near a hospital!!!! I heard from mgmt about **:**am stating it came in that morning at *am. It then was sent by courier to where i was. THAT TOOK ** HOURS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT ORDERED AS A RUSH DELIVERY. I am so dissapointed that OXYGEN is not important enough to your company to not handle that with respect to the client. It was in the ORIGINAL BOX CLEARLY MARKED. At the very least, i would expect a flight paid for in the U.S. so that i may gain my trust in Frontier airlines again. Im sorry this happened this way....*Sincerely, Sharon DiSalle **********
