August **, *****QEIC*U*This is a request for reimbursement as stated in the attached email you sent me. First, my flight from Atlanta to Denver on Thursday, August *, was messed up and I was sent to Colorado Springs. So, I was not impressed with your airlines.*My return flight was originally scheduled to fly on flight *** from Denver to Atlanta at *:** p.m. on August **, ****. After checking in and getting my boarding pass and being told the flight was going to be delayed the flight was cancelled. I had to get home. *I was at the Denver airport with no money left on my credit card, $** cash and only $** in my checking account. I was expecting to go home that night. There was no way I could rebook as stated on that email. And I didn’t trust it anyway. *My family paid for me to get home and get to Colorado Springs. We found a flight from Colorado Springs to Atlanta on Frontier flight **** which left at **:** a.m. on Tuesday morning, August ** and cost $***.** (receipt attached). But I could not get a rental car to get to Colorado Springs from Denver. So I had to take Uber to get there on time and hope Frontier did not mess up again. The Uber cost $***.** (receipt attached). And I spent the night at the Colorado Springs airport sleeping on the floor eating from the vending machines.*You just reimbursed me $** and $** for which I believe was the flight that was totally cancelled (flight ***). But you still owe me $** for the difference of the reimbursement and what it cost me to get the flight from Colorado Springs to Atlanta (*****). *Not only did it cost me by missing a day of work on Tuesday (* hrs x $** * $***) I am out an additional $** for the flight difference and $***.** for Uber. Per the email I received I am nicely requesting that you reimburse me for the total amount of $*** as soon as possible.
