I have be try to resolve the issue of adding an additional checked bag to my ticket. The website say the charge should be $**. & I am being charged $**. **Frontier did call my back with a most annoying automated system and I need to speak to a real person.*I was in an accident, I have a subdural hematoma (bleeding on the brain) the fact that I have called the airline several time and written several emails is extremely irritating. I need to lay down, however* I feel I will sleep through my ** hour prior to the flight booking opportunity. I don’t know what Frontier should do to rectify the situation, I don’t fly often enough to know airline protocol. What I do know is the is a large discrepancy between $**. & $**. - I am now tired and discouraged!
