arrived at airport at noon on *******.*airline confirmation fyr**a . flight was from detroit, mi to orlando, fl. and upon arrival at airport was told that the flight was cancelled and all passengers need to go on line and rebook. **i immediately called the company that we booked this flight on and they claimed they had no report that the flight was cancelled and after ** min on the phone they finally acknowledged that frontier cancelled the flight and could not provide us with a reason for the cancellation.*we rebooked a one way ticket for * people to get us to florida that day since we had a hotel and car waiting for us upon arrival. **we were told we need to pay for our new flight tickets and baggage costs and that we needed to fill out papers on line to get reimbursed. *we were provided a letter giving us option * or * but i don't know where to find it. please help.
