Trip Confirmation *: J*CT*L*Original departure was July ** Flight ****. Frontier cancelled this flight. Were able to get moved to following day but due to a last minute gate change, we missed the flight. Talked to many agents at airport about going stand-by but were told we had to buy a whole new ticket at current prices. Tried to cancel return flight but system said that was not an option. I think we should get a refund for at least the return flight on Tuesday July ** because it was apparently cancelled by Frontier as soon as we missed our flight on Saturday. Also, is it your policy to not help customers try to go stand-by on a later flight at no additional charge? Every other airline I have ever flown would have helped with this.
