I work for corporate Staples, I booked my flight through Perksatwork.com and spend $*** and change on my tickets. I attempted to add * checked bag to my order, however I was not able to do so, and read a section that said baggage can be added after purchase. So I purchased the ticket, but could not find any place to add baggage to my ticket. So I called the customer service number and after waiting more than an hour on hold to speak to a real person, I was told that the $** dollars are for only a certain date that is not listed where I was looking at baggage fees. The rep I spoke to was rude, I asked to speak with his manager, and he just left me on hold for another ** minutes! I am about to cancel my ticket, and pay more elsewhere because of inconsistent information, and horrible customer service. I have never flown Frontier, and I am now believing that may just have been the best.
