The issue in GetHuman-caspe's own words
Web site not working correctly. Attempts to "Check in" fail claiming that more personal information is needed. When attempting to add the claimed missing information, portions of the page*form where this information is to be entered are disabled and there is no way to enter the missing information (which was provided previously). Attempting to proceed without the missing information fail taking you in a circle back to the page where you are expected to enter the missing info.**Attempt so call Frontier Customer Service are a waste of time. Getting through to a human is impossible. Clearly this airline is operated from someone's garage. All I can say is "Be afraid" and avoid using this airline.**I can only hope the aircraft are not maintained as poorly as the web site and mobile app which are nothing but problematic.
GetHuman-caspe did not yet indicate what Frontier Airlines should do to make this right.
