I cancelled a flight to exchange it for a return flight on another . I paid for my seat and luggage on the first flight then I paid again for the other flight. When I called I asked cheapflights for a flight out of Trenton but he said I had to leave from philadelpia. I made the reservation then on my computer thenI fpund out there was a flight out of Trenton so again I changed my reservation to leave from Trenton as it was much closer to nj which is where I am going and then I paid again. I think this ticket is extremely high and I am very disappointed with the cost. At least I should get credit for my seat and Baggage. Also I am a ** year old and found it very difficult to understand cheapfights employes. Certainly think Frontier can do better than this.I had to call * times to get my itineriary. This was the must unhappy experience I have ever had with a airline. It is a shame because I plan to make other trips to NJ and thought I would fly Frontier but now I am not sure!
