We are stuck in Las Vegas due to a canceled flight. The options given to us by frontier meant we would have to pay over *** dollars to get home with your vouchers. The agents at the airport refused to answer questions only to refer to the sheet that was handed out. I will make sure I voice my opinion of your airline thru as many social media sites as possible. To be clear we did what was required to board our plane. Because your plane broke down how am I going to be penalized by paying more like I had some fault at this.
