On Monday, May ** my husband and I were scheduled to fly on Fromtier flight **** from Trenton Mercer New Jersey airport to Orlando departure was scheduled for *:** p.m. our flight did not leave until **:** PM We were not informed as to why there was a delay. I called front tier customer service and was told to report to the airport The scheduled time which was two hours before the original departure time. A upon arriving and checking in , we were inform that was incorrect. I’m disable no wheelchair was available for me or Assistance . Once we boarded the flight at **:** it was freezing cold, I have been sick as a result of how cold the plain was. We arrived in Orlando *:** o’clock Tuesday morning. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had or any airline . We were celebrating my Godmother‘s hundredth birthday, What should have been a glorious occasion, turn into a nightmare .
