I purchased two lounge chairs, cushions, and an umbrella. The entire order was over $****. Both lounge chairs and umbrella came in damaged. We reported it immediately and were told it was going to be picked up. All of the items were picked up at one time from the trucking company, JB Hunt. It has now been * weeks since they were picked up and I still haven't received the full credit on my credit card. My order number is W***********. My wife has been on the phone with your customer service department at least * times trying to straighten out your mess and we still haven't been issued a full credit. This is a total disgrace. I purchased these items from Frontgate because of your reputation for quality merchandise and excellent customer care. Neither of these standards have been met to the minimum degree. It is outrageous that this has taken this long. All of the items were returned at one time on the same truck. It is not my responsibility to straighten out this mess with the trucking company.
