I placed an order for flowers at 07:40 AM on 12/20/18 for a nurse's birthday, requesting delivery before 2 PM. I paid extra for an early delivery and emphasized twice that the recipient was a nurse on the 2nd floor, not a patient. Despite this, when I called at 1:30 PM, I was told the flowers were delivered at noon, which wasn't true. After being put on hold, I was informed the flowers were still in the delivery truck at 3 PM. They mistakenly tried to locate a patient's room in the hospital instead of delivering to the nurse. I left my contact information, but no one called to update me. I eventually canceled the order due to the poor communication and disappointing service. I believe they need to improve communication and notify customers promptly of any issues with deliveries. I will not be using their services again and will caution others about similar problems.

I placed an order #[redacted] for flowers to be delivered to Sharp's Funeral Home in Fenton, Michigan. I was promised by a representative that they would arrive by noon. However, when I called during a family viewing after 1:00, I was reassured they would be there by 2:00 for the service, though it was just a viewing from 2-4:00. There is another viewing scheduled for 6-8:00 tonight. As of now, the flowers have not been delivered, despite the tracker indicating they were due for delivery. Where could the flowers be?

I recently ordered the Open Wreath Standing Spray from your website. The delivery went smoothly, but I was disappointed with the sparse amount of flowers on the arrangement. It had noticeable gaps in it, leaving it looking incomplete. Additionally, I did not receive the banner that was supposed to accompany the order. This experience was a letdown for me because my previous orders have been satisfactory. This is the second time the delivery has been incorrect. It seems like the recipient refused it, but that's not true. The delivery service used is unreliable. Previously, I had to drive 20 miles from work to collect flowers that should have been delivered there, and now it's happening again. It's frustrating. The [redacted] number provided continuously disconnects calls. This whole experience is very disappointing, especially considering the cost.

I placed an order for a Deepest Sympathy Arrangement floral display and a Perfectly Decadent gift basket. My recipient, an 80-year-old individual, only received the floral arrangement despite me receiving two delivery emails two hours apart. After contacting two representatives, the first person, Ericka, misunderstood the issue, offering a partial refund for a perceived problem with the vase. She arranged for a full new floral arrangement and the gift basket to be redelivered on a pending date. Following up with Arvin, I clarified that the issue was with the missing gift basket, not any vase confusion. Arvin mentioned a refund for that and a scheduled supervisor callback, which I have yet to receive. I hope for a prompt resolution without a lengthy hold time on a call to explain this situation thoroughly.

I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers on Thursday, May 7th, [redacted]. I got one for my mother, one for my stepmother, and one for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, none of them received the flowers. I called to ask if they liked the flowers, only to find out that they hadn't received anything. I hoped maybe they would arrive on Sunday, May 10th, but still no flowers. I contacted From You Flowers on Monday at 9:45 am. After being transferred and explaining the situation, the person hung up on me when I mentioned the flowers weren't delivered. I tried calling multiple times until 12:09 pm but couldn't get through to anyone. I'm very disappointed and unsure if this is a legitimate service. I won't be using them again and will advise my loved ones to avoid them as well. Additionally, the flowers were priced at $49.99 each, and I purchased two of them.

I would like to request a full refund for the flowers I ordered on May 8th. The recipient received the flowers; however, some of the roses were missing. I was informed that I could reorder the flowers the following week without issue, but after contacting again, I was told the flowers were still not available. I am requesting a refund of $70.50 for the flowers as the wait has been too long. I have had multiple issues with orders from your company and find this unacceptable. Please address this promptly. Hello, I recently purchased a bouquet named Cotton Candy for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. The flowers were delivered on Monday, but by Tuesday night, the white roses started to wilt and fold over. I suspect it may be due to them being put on the sunny porch instead of the shaded area where our benches are located. I have contacted Fromyouflowers with pictures at [redacted], but I have not received a response yet. I believe my wife deserves a longer-lasting bouquet, especially considering the cost of roses. I hope for a resolution with a fresh bouquet that will not disappoint like this one did. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
