My wife and I are in our mid **s and we are fans of your Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips. We normally buy large sized bags at Kroger or Walmart or Sam's here at Jackson, TN. where we now live. The last three bags of chips we have purchased have contained a high percentage of tiny chips (I mean chips smaller than a dime up to a half dollar size). We assumed the first bag may have endured some rough handling, then the second one showed little improvement, then when we bought our most recent one (bar code * * ***** ***** * with a tiny number at bottom of bag that reads: * ***v******* and coding just below the bar code that reads: NF-LAYS-******C**E LAP ********. A safe guess would be that only about **% of the chips could be up to your regular standards. I wasn't too concerned about the problem being manufacturing related until this morning when I decided to take a closer look. I discovered that a high percentage of the tiny chips had been fried all the way around the perimeter. That tells me they were tiny when they were fried. Out of this latest Family Sized bag alone, I would estimate that a good **% of these tiny chips are too small to use with a dip, and far below what we have come to expect from your best product line.**If you could see your way clear to do it, I think it would be only fair if you replaced the last three Family Sized Bags.
