I wanted to share that recently the quality of the Lay's chips I've been purchasing hasn't been consistent. Most bags we've bought have had a brown and burnt appearance and taste, unlike the occasionally excellent ones we used to get. We typically buy the lightly salted family size bags. I'm concerned that maybe the focus on new flavors is affecting the quality of the classic ones. If I wanted low-quality chips, I would've chosen a different brand initially. My husband and I have always been fans of Lay's, but this recent experience is disappointing. Out of around 10 bags purchased recently, most have tasted bad. I hope to find a better brand to switch to as it saddens me to see my favorite chip brand go downhill.

Hello, I'm Sharon Leavitt. My partner Kevin Fisher and I recently acquired the former Presbyterian Church in Vernon Center, NY, to transform it into the Fisher Faith Community Center. The church, over [redacted] years old, is in good condition but requires a heating system and water to open. We're hosting a two-day event on September 1 & 2 from 9am-5pm to raise funds. The event includes a flea market, food, live music, a bounce house, petting zoo, face painting by a local girl scout troop, and more. We would appreciate any donation, particularly snack-size bags of chips as we expect around 1,[redacted] attendees over the two days. Thank you for considering supporting us. Sincerely, Miss Sharon and Pastor Kev at [redacted]

I have not received my child support payment this week from an employee named William Forrest Kennedy who works in Baytown, TX near Houston. I require the child support payment. The payroll office is late by one week in the deposits, causing me hardship. Can someone provide me with the phone number of the office I should call to address this issue? This situation has never occurred in years. The child support administration received the money yesterday, and now I have to wait until Monday, which has resulted in a late payment to the babysitter of my sons. I was supposed to pay the babysitter on Tuesday. All my child support deposits were previously made on Tuesdays, and being behind by 7 days is unacceptable. It seems like there may be a new employee in the office who is not fulfilling their duties.

I recently signed up for the snack advertisement from Frito-Lay. I've tried three times, but the data won't go through, and I haven't received any snacks yet. I'm a fan of the original Ruffles, and I'm disappointed that I can't find them easily. At 61, it's challenging for me to travel far to get the snacks I love. Could you kindly assist me in signing up for Frito-Lay coupons and snacks? The original bean dip is another favorite of mine, though it's hard to find in my neighborhood between 67th and Illinois. I'm eagerly waiting for my snack boxes to arrive. Will there be any follow-up on this? I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

Dear Frito-Lay or Pepsi Co, I am a huge fan of the majority of your products, particularly the Cheeto line. I am writing to express my concern about the term "Cheetle" used to describe the dust left on fingers when eating Cheetos. I believe this term is inappropriate and reflects poorly on the person or team responsible. I urge you to retract this term and apologize to your customers. Sincerely, Cadet Private Zachary W. I am curious why you discontinued my beloved Frito's Barbeque Corn Chips. I was a huge fan and cannot bring myself to switch to the Honey Barbeque Twist. If you could provide me with a year's supply of the Honey Barbeque Twist, I would be willing to try them and give feedback on how they compare. I am joking, but I have genuinely not tried them and would be open to sampling them to see the difference. Please advise me on how to proceed, as I may even consider protesting outside your headquarters until the original chips are brought back! I am deeply disappointed that my all-time favorite corn chip is no longer available. Please provide me with more information. Thank you. Regards, S.A.

I previously raised this issue 1-3 years ago, and unfortunately, I'm facing the same problem now. I have been a fan of Original Lays potato chips for a long time, but I am fed up with buying bags filled with nothing but crumbs. Irrespective of the flavor, every bag I purchase contains only 10-15% of intact chips, making the rest unusable. Paying $4.29 for a 10-ounce bag feels like a waste with this quality. It's disheartening to not be able to enjoy them with dips at gatherings. I hope the shipping process can be improved to ensure the chips reach consumers in better condition. Thank you.

I am Joshua F., and I recently bought a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos. After eating a small portion less than an hour later, I became extremely ill. I started violently throwing up for the next 24 hours, unable to keep any fluids or food down. I am certain it was the Doritos because my roommate experienced the same symptoms after eating from the same bag. We've both lost over 10 pounds, feel extremely weak, and have been unable to work for three days now. Considering our loyalty as customers of Frito Lay products for over 20 years, we believe it is only fair for your company to compensate us. We hope this issue can be resolved fairly. Thank you.

I have been a customer of this company for over a year now, but unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience with their services. Firstly, when I try to place an order over the phone, I am often put on hold for more than 30 minutes or even disconnected without assistance. Secondly, the company does not deliver to my preferred location, and as a result, my packages arrive damaged via USPS. Lastly, when I attempt to return expired items before their expiration date, I am met with unresponsive customer service representatives who provide conflicting information. I am in possession of products that require a return and I kindly request that my future orders be delivered directly by the company and not through USPS. I appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues as they have been causing me both monetary loss and time.

While shopping at Kroger on 23 Mile in Chesterfield Twp on December 29th, I encountered a situation that left me disappointed. I noticed two young men stocking the shelves as part of Kroger's special promotion offering discounts on five items. Despite Ruffle chips being included in the deal, there were none on the shelf. When I approached one of the employees for assistance, he mentioned being too busy with many boxes to sort through. Feeling frustrated, I continued down the aisle and sought help from another stocker named Kevin. Without hesitation, Kevin promptly found the chips I requested and restocked the empty shelf. I am grateful for Kevin's exceptional service and believe the other employee could benefit from some guidance or perhaps a different role at the store. Thank you for letting me share my experience.

I would like to share a wonderful experience I had with a route salesman at Walmart store [redacted] in Hampton, Virginia. As an Air Force retiree and disabled American Veteran from the Persian Gulf War dealing with severe PTSD and blindness in my right eye, I was touched by the help I received. While searching for a specific brand of chips not carried by Walmart, a young man named Bailey Gresham kindly approached me for assistance. Despite my initial hesitation, he persistently offered to help and suggested a similar product that ended up being a hit. Bailey's dedication and helpfulness left a lasting impression on me, and I now eagerly look forward to seeing him whenever I visit the store. Thank you, Bailey Gresham, for your outstanding representation of Walmart. Sincerely, Frederick H. Viney

I recently bought a bag of Lay’s Original Kettle Cooked chips and enjoyed them with my family for lunch. Everything was fine until we reached the bottom of the bag and found a small black rock among the last few chips. I have a photo of the rock for your reference. Thankfully, no one was injured as we discovered it before consuming it. I wanted to bring this to your attention to prevent any potential harm to others in the future.

Dear Frito Lay, I am reaching out about a school project where I aim to gather information about the Cheetos franchise. My first query pertains to the manufacturing process of the cheesy snacks in your factories and how you infuse the signature flavor into Cheetos. Additionally, I am exploring the potential health effects, both positive and negative, of consuming Cheetos, acknowledging that they are primarily indulgent snacks. Furthermore, I am interested in learning about the environmental impact of Cheetos production, particularly regarding carbon emissions and waste management. I am curious to know if measures are in place to minimize the carbon footprint of your factories. I apologize if my inquiries come across as direct; my interest in the production of Cheetos prompted this research project. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, A Inquisitive Student

My wife and I, both in our mid-80s, are enthusiasts of your Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips. We typically purchase large bags from Kroger, Walmart, or Sam's in Jackson, TN. Lately, the last three bags we bought contained a high amount of tiny chips, some even smaller than a dime and others up to half dollar size. The first bag seemed damaged, but the following ones showed little improvement. The most recent bag, bar code # 0 28[redacted]1 3, had around 40% of chips that met our regular standards. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that a significant portion of the tiny chips were fried all around, indicating they were small to begin with. Approximately 30% of these tiny chips from the latest Family Size bag are too small for dipping, falling short of our expectations. I would appreciate it if you could consider replacing the last three Family Size bags for us.

I'm a longtime fan of Lays potato chips and have never been disappointed with their products. My friend's son, Kruz, is also a big fan, especially of the plain classic flavor. Kruz is a special little boy who, along with his sister, is one of the first siblings in the country with a rare form of dwarfism called Schimke Immuno-Osseous Dysplasia (SIOD), a fatal genetic disease. Kruz, currently at Stanford in California, recently underwent stem cell transplant surgery and will have a kidney transplant soon. As he cannot be in public due to germ risks, he has been asking for classic Lays chips for his meals. Would it be possible to help this family by providing Kruz with a supply of Lays chips while he is staying at the Ronald McDonald House? Your assistance would mean a lot to Kruz and his family during this challenging time.

My name is D. P. from Birmingham, Alabama. On April 5, [redacted], I bought a party size bag of Classic Lays for $3.48 at Walmart. When I opened it the next day, I found it had absolutely no salt on the chips. They were not lightly salted but completely bland. Even after shaking the bag multiple times, the situation didn't improve. As a fan of enjoying Lays with my Saturday movies and shows, this was disappointing. Sadly, I can't return the opened bag to the store. I'm concerned that if I buy another one, it might be the same. I've been a loyal Lays customer for years and this experience is quite unusual.

I am a shopper from Burlington, Ontario, who frequents the [redacted] Guelph Line store. I typically shop at 7:15 a.m. on Sundays and always encounter Brad, the employee who stocks products. Brad's exceptional customer service and friendliness have truly impressed me. Despite only exchanging brief greetings, his kindness stood out during the holiday season when he went out of his way to wish me a Merry Christmas. Even when a fellow shopper expressed surprise at not receiving the same greeting, Brad later revealed that I was the first person to welcome him when he moved to the city. I made a previous call to provide positive feedback about Brad, but I am disappointed that the company has not acknowledged his outstanding service. I believe it's important to highlight exceptional employees like Brad, who consistently go above and beyond for customers. Thank you, Joan D.

I have been a long-time fan of Ruffles, Cheddar & Sour Cream chips, my go-to snack. Recently, I purchased two bags and noticed a lack of cheddar cheese dust on the chips, unlike before. I suspect there might have been an issue with the cheese dust application during packaging. I am concerned if the recipe has been altered to cut costs. This change disappointed me, and it has made me hesitant to continue buying my favorite chips. I would appreciate an honest response regarding the amount of cheese dust on the chips. This matter, though seemingly small, is significant to me. I have been trying to reach out to your customer service without success, so I hope someone can address my concern promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have applied for positions with this company several times, and I believe I am highly qualified. Recently, after submitting an application last night, I found out this morning that I was not selected. It seems they didn't even review my application. I have missed previous assessments due to work, and now one did not even show up on my computer for my latest application, yet I was still rejected shortly after applying. I am frustrated that despite my interest and experience, I keep getting overlooked simply because I couldn't attend an assessment. I am willing to go to their location for the assessment, but they haven't allowed it yet. I feel it's unfair that I'm continuously passed over despite my efforts to join the company.

I need help addressing a situation at your Springfield, Illinois warehouse involving an employee, Brandi Retherford. She was my roommate in Waverly. Today, she has been sending threatening texts while at work, which is unacceptable. I have evidence of these threats occurring during company hours. I kindly request immediate action on this matter. Brandi used her personal phone for the messages. I hope that you will address this issue with her promptly. Thank you.
