THEY ARE NOT REACHABLE BY PHONE ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS. THOSE THAT YOU CAN’T WAIT DAYS TO GET ANSWERS TO. THEY OFFERED A LARGER MILITARY DISCOUNT THROUGH A THIRD PARTY SERVICE THAT MADE YOU QUALIFY(NO PROBLEM). RECEIVED THE CODE AND WAS LED TO BELIEVE THAT THE CODE HAD TO BE USED WITHIN ** DAYS ON ORDERS FROM THIER WEBSITE. WHEN I WENT TO THE WEBSITE THERE WAS NO CART TO PUT A REFRIGERATOR IN JUST A LIST OF WHERE THE PRODUCTS WERE SOLD. ONE OF WHICH WAS HOME DEPOT. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I COULD USE THE CODE AT A STORE AS APPOSED TO ONLINE. COULDN’T REACH ANYONE AT FRIGIDAIRE THAT COULD GIVE ME AN ANSWER. FRUSTRATING TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET AN ANSWER FROM ANYONE AT THE COMPANY THAT OFFERED THE DISCOUNT.

Finally got Home Depot to honor the certificate in the store with no help from the people who offered it (Frigidaire)
