I have been struggling to log in and contact customer service for over a week now. It's frustrating because I have almost $[redacted] involved in a project with a freelancer. When I tried logging in on Monday, I was informed that my account was closed and to reach out to support. I contacted support, and they provided a verification page, but I can't access it as it requires signing in, which I can't do as I'm instructed to contact support. I'm also unsure of the email associated with my account since I've been using Facebook to sign in for the past two years. I am having a problem with the verification team. I requested to speak with higher-level management two weeks ago but have not received a response. I submitted all necessary documents such as proof of identity, a verification photo with a keycode, and a proof of address one month ago. However, for the past two weeks, I have not received any feedback from them. They continue to ask for documents I have already sent multiple times, like my bank statement. Whenever I remind them that I have already provided these, they just switch support personnel and repeat the same questions. It appears they are not acknowledging that I have already submitted the required documents. This practice of changing support staff and repeatedly asking the same questions feels like coercion to me. I will not give in to their demands. Due to their behavior, I have lost a client and my work has been delayed by two weeks. I kindly request a review of my interactions with the verification team, including our email exchanges and the documents I have submitted. I recently awarded a contract for $[redacted].75 to one of your freelancers, Harry Jacobe. I made the deposit yesterday using a Visa Debit Card. However, today I noticed an additional charge of $69.35 on my account. Could you please explain this charge and let me know if there are any more fees I should anticipate? I am experiencing frustrating interactions with the verification team on Freelancer.com. Initially, my account was suspended without any feedback on the documents I provided. For nearly a month, they did not communicate with me. Recently, they have been unresponsive to my questions and keep changing support staff assigned to my case. Today, I was told that my statement was deemed inaccurate, alleging I had sent documents a month later. They also rejected clarifications from my bank, Revolut. I sense a bias against me, possibly due to my contact from China and my Chinese appearance, although I am a Polish citizen working in China.

I have been trying to get in touch with the verification team at Freelancer.com for over a month now, but unfortunately, they have not been responsive. I suspect there may be some issues related to the verification process that need to be addressed. After nearly two months, I was finally informed that the bank statement I provided was incorrect. There seems to be a discrepancy regarding the status of my account, as one person mentioned it was suspended while another denied it. I am now considering writing a formal complaint letter to a supervisor, but it appears they are reluctant to provide me with the contact information. So far, I have interacted with approximately 10 support agents, who seem to just pass my inquiries around without resolving the issue.

Two months ago, I initiated the verification process. I diligently answered all questions and promptly submitted all required documents, including my bank statement. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation or feedback on the materials I provided. Just recently, I was informed that the bank statement I submitted was not validated. I am puzzled as to why this feedback took so long. The company is now falsely claiming that I did not respond to their inquiries, which is untrue. Feeling disheartened by this experience, I have decided to terminate my affiliation with their service and request a refund. The behavior I encountered seems to stem from a discriminatory motive, which they have failed to address. At this point, I simply seek an explanation and the opportunity to speak with the supervisor of the verification team, but the company is not cooperating with my request.

I have updated my previous post. Freelancer.com deactivated my account without giving any information on how I can receive the money owed to me. I hope sharing my experience will prevent others from facing similar issues. Freelancer.com is withholding over six hundred dollars that I earned. They claim I haven't provided enough documents for verification. I have submitted my password, an SMS code, scanned copies of my driver's license and utility bill, as well as a photo of me holding my license and a code. Despite multiple submissions, they state the photo hasn't been provided. I am unsure what else to do apart from visiting Australia to show the documents in person. Also, I can't find a way to close my account without forfeiting the balance. Any assistance is welcome.

I am Surampudi Ramadevi from Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. I received a call from Freelancing (Agent Shamala) on December 4th to start working on Data Entry, which I began on December 7th. On December 16th, I was contacted by Prathibha (my agent) to work on a project converting JPG files into PDFs. I submitted both projects early. After a week, I was informed that I would receive an IVR call on December 24th. Though I received the call, I had difficulty with the code and could not enter it correctly in Authentikcode the same day. I recorded the call for reference and sent the audio via Whats App to Shamala and Prathibha, but they had trouble opening it. Now they are requesting a payment of [redacted]/- Rupees for a new access code. I tried twice more but was unsuccessful. I am at a loss as to why I should pay this amount. I would appreciate your help with this matter and prompt resolution. I believe receiving the authentikcode via email or SMS would be more effective than a quick phone call that is hard to decipher.

Hello, I'm Anusha, currently studying engineering in Andhra Pradesh, India. A month ago, I applied for part-time jobs and received an offer for a data entry job. I was initially told there would be no fees involved. After submitting my work and being informed it was 96.6% accurate, I was promised a salary of 56,[redacted]/- INR. However, I was then asked to pay [redacted] rupees for a username and password to access my salary on the Xpress website. Subsequently, I was requested to pay another [redacted]/- rupees to add to my wallet balance. Despite these payments, my salary was not received, and my Xpress account password was changed. The company assured me of receiving payment between 6pm and 11pm, while later demanding [redacted] rupees for TDS, claiming my previous payments were refundable. The total amount I have paid has reached nearly 10,[redacted] rupees. Unfortunately, the agent has not been reachable over the past two days. Hello, my name is Yashaswini. I recently received a message stating that I was selected for an online PDF converter job. After completing my work, I was promised a salary of 43,[redacted] Rs. However, I have not received the promised username and password. When I contacted the person in charge, Ashwath, he informed me that my email address was incorrect, which is why I did not receive the login details. He suggested an alternative where I paid [redacted] Rs. to resolve the issue. After sending the screenshot of the payment, I received a code and password. Nevertheless, Ashwath now claims that I need to maintain a minimum balance in my account for the salary to be transferred. Despite having sufficient funds, the salary has not been deposited, and he is requesting an additional [redacted] Rs. and a screenshot for wallet account activation. I am concerned about not having received a refund for the initial [redacted] Rs. payment and unsure if paying the extra amount will result in receiving my salary.

Recently, a client named Denzel from Australia accused me of causing his website to crash and had Freelancer.com suspend my account without hearing my side of the story. After reaching out to Denzel, we resolved the issue, and his website is now back up and running smoothly. Despite Denzel's requests to reinstate my account, Freelancer's support team has not been responsive.
