I have tried to cancel my membership three times. Once, three days after signing up for the free trial and I thought it was successful. Then I was charged a month later and tried to cancel again. Last week I was just charged again. Both times after I was charged I got on the website and it said I did not have an upgraded membership. I have attempted to use your chat feature and send you e-mail. None of which work. Please refund my money and cancel any existing memberships.
GetHuman-scottwsh did not yet indicate what Freelancer.com should do to make this right.
