First, some time ago I was double billed and received two Sim cards. I see now I am not the only one this has happened to. PayPal had two purchase numbers and stated it wasn't a duplicate even though the time stamps were identical. Freedompop stated it was an automated service and I just gave up. That was over a year ago. So I had been using two Sim cards, accounts, and different numbers. The service is terrible where I live. I miss most calls and calling out is difficult and will cut me off randomly. It is a pain to say the least. In a perfect world I wanted the two accounts combined and with the cost combined I could have stepped up a plan, received more data and have one sim and number but that wasn't possible. Then the inevitable happened, I lost a sim card. I was under the impression that I had to pay for costumer support so after researching I took it to a forum where freedompop staff answer and fix your problem. This is extremely aggravating as it takes a day to post and a day to respond. I stated clearly I lost a sim, bought a new one and wanted the old account placed on it. I provided the proper numbers and After about a week the first individual just couldn't comprehend and I ended up with two dead Sims and a third account with all my credits. Useless. I then got a response from a second individual but they haven't responded. I am at the point now where I want all of my money consolidated into one sim, one plan, and one number. Or I want every dime refunded.
