FreedomPop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-odiggz a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-odiggz's own words
I have been trying to port my number to another carrier for * days and have not been able to do so. Instead, * attempts were made to charge me me in full for my next semiannual payments one for $** for my premium plan that wasn't due for another * days and one for $** *gb unlimited plan. There was also an attempt to charge a $** top up fee even though I had $** in top up credit that has since been removed and yet my number has yet to be ported over. I have been a good customer and would like this resolved.
GetHuman-odiggz did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
