I went through all of this with your tech support about * years ago, when I was still able to reach you by phone for no cost. In short, the photon stopped working a long time ago and I was supposed to receive a replacement hotspot - this account shows that it is active, has no usage activity, and that the replacement is still being shipped to my Carriage Drive address in Orlando - I would like this one completely removed, the account canceled, and to the stop being billed for it. I DO NOT HAVE THIS HOTSPOT - IF IT IS IN USE - SOMEONE HAS IT AND IS USING IT***) (Not sure of this device) - under email: *****@***.com**This is a tricky one - I don't know what this one was for unless it was for a replacement hotspot. My problem is that I have sent a recovery*reset password request to get into this account * or * times and it never comes into my inbox or spam so that I can get into the account to correct*update it - I've sent a test mail from another account and that one reaches the inbox so I don't know why your email does not reach my inbox or spam. This appears to be the account where I am accruing charges monthly. I have no clue what this is for.**What I need:***.*Cancel my account for the Photon Platinum, under the *****@***.com account for the photon hotspot I no longer have.***.* On ******** I was billed for * charges:* *) $*.*** *) $*.*** *) $*.*** *) $*.*** *) $*.***The two larger charges appear monthly and I should only be getting charged for the maintenance on the iPhone *s (*****@***.com account). Apparently this has been going on for a year or two so I need to know what it is I am being charged for on the *****@***.com account, since this is the only account I can't get into - If I do not hear from you by Thursday, *******, I will let my credit card company investigate and figure out what is going on.
