I cancelled my Freedompop accounts a few months ago,and last month they withdrew $ from my debit card. Somehow,after about ** calls,I spoke to someone who WOULD help me,and my $ was returned in ** hours* Now this month,they charged my debit card on Dec.** for $**.** and $**.** on Dec. **th!!! Im on disability and cannot afford to LOSE this money. I already had to go and get a different phone this month,so now I have NO MONEY!!! I have tried EVERY Prompt on your recorded customer service lines,and I KEEP getting sent back to your recordings. My ph. *s are no longer active,so I cant access anyone.
