I ordered a freedompop sim card for $.** It was for a promotion for free service for life. I received the card In the mail. I tried to activate it. Was not successful. Several month later. I noticed a charge from freedompop for almost $** on my Amex. I didn't notice if I had been charged before. I would like to have the account looked at. I ask that all charges please be refunded. I was never able to use the service. It was also supposed to be free for life. I have no info for an active account. I only have sim number.
GetHuman-ejjaro did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
