In calling * different numbers we get the same information about a "status code of ***". Is* the phone and service or is it the hotspot Device?*I have a "Netgear hotspot" we have never been fully able to utilize. We followed directions from the pamphlet, to email instuctions. It sends us to "attunite" which tells us we're NOT connected. There is * areas that list a connect button, when pressing any of them, it doesnt respond. Even the area showing "connection details". It shows **% using, how many devices etc .... This also does not provide the internet, to no avail. So is this, "status code ***" for the Netgear product or the phone? Please contact ASAP as we still have NO INTERNET we need, to do many more functions. We'rere paying for and not receiving.
