First of all, it ***** that I'm not allowed to talk to anyone. I keep getting a message that I have used all of my data for this period but the website doesn't show that at all. It shows no data used at all. It also doesn't show the period you're talking about and when my account cycles again. Also, it shows my next payment do in January as $***.**, which is not the plan I signed up for. *I need to use this thing for navigation and cannot now and don't think you are correct about my data usage. I submitted a ticket but got no receipt or acknowledgment that you received it and this is the second time and I never received an answer to the first. Pretty shoddy from a customer service standpoint.
